매운갈비찜 – Maeungalbijjim (Spicy Braised Ribs)

I have already tried maeungalbijjim in different restaurants here  and I could say that this meat dish is sweet, sour and spicy.  In the servings I had, the meat were so tender and tasty making me think that probably it had to be boiled for a long time with the required ingredients.

The maeungalbijjim served in the restaurant where I would usually have this meat dish, has enoki mushrooms, sliced onion, and dried dates.
